I found some study buddies, got some partners, some other students that I worked with and studied with, got settled in, took advantage of help sessions and office hours. And, I did it. Find your tribe, find your team early on."

Dr. Marsha Rolle is a professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at WPI

On February 23rd, 2022, we caught up with Dr. Marsha Rolle to learn more about her work at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is a professor in the biomedical engineering department and she talked about how hard work, dedication, and an openness to unexpected opportunities have been a theme in her career to this point.

She is currently inspiring students to impact the world of healthcare by making tools that help clinicians solve problems. She finds that she is involved in many projects by surrounding herself and sharing the workload with those around her. She is proof positive that success in science is a team sport.
